Bloody Mary Shrimp Cocktail Charcuterie Board has all the yumminess of Bloody Mary garnishes all on a charcuterie board for awesome snacking!
Put the shrimp on a baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil over top, season with kosher salt, pepper, and 1 tablespoon of the Old Bay seasoning. Toss until evenly coated.
Put the shrimp in a 425 degree oven for 5 to 7 minutes. Let cool, then refrigerate until ready to serve.
Put the ketchup, lemon juice, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, vodka (if using), garlic, hot sauce, kosher salt, pepper, and remaining 1/2 tablespoon Old Bay in a bowl. Stir until combined, taste for seasoning and add more lemon, horseradish, hot sauce, kosher salt, pepper, and/or Old Bay if needed.
Serve the shrimp with the cocktail sauce on a board with optional additions such as pickles, lemon wedges, celery, olives, sliced meat and cheese (I put mine on toothpicks), and/or candied bacon.
