Caribbean Jerk Chicken Dip
Caribbean Jerk Chicken Dip is a great appetizer recipe, perfect served with Fritos Scoops or tortilla chips.
Very similar to my buffalo chicken dip recipe, but with store bought Caribbean Jerk marinade/ sauce.
It’s very easy to make and a little unique in flavor.
How to make Caribbean Jerk Chicken Dip
You can make this dip in a casserole dish, foil pan for easy cleanup, or I am using a cast iron skillet.
Put 3 cups of cooked chicken, either diced or shredded in first.
Then add a block of cream cheese, 2 cups shredded cheese, 8 to 12 ounces of Caribbean Jerk sauce, and 8 ounces ranch dressing.
The jerk sauce I used had a slight spice to it, so I only used some of the jar… didn’t want it to be overwhelmingly spicy.
No need to stir just yet.
Place the dip in a 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
And stir it a few times throughout.
Once the cream cheese gets melted it is super easy to stir together.
I saved some of the shredded cheese to add over top during the last few minutes of cooking.
Once the cheese is melted the dip is ready to be served.
You can garnish Caribbean Jerk Chicken Dip with fresh cilantro to make it even prettier!
And serve with Fritos Scoops or tortilla chips for dipping 🙂
I served this dip warm, but enjoyed the cold leftover dip on crackers just as much!

Caribbean Jerk Chicken Dip
Caribbean Jerk Chicken Dip is a great appetizer, party food, or game day snack with flavors from the Caribbean in a delicious chicken dip!
Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked chicken (diced or shredded)
- 1 8 to12 ounce jar Caribbean Jerk marinade or sauce
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 8 ounces ranch dressing
- 2 cups shredded cheese of choice (save some to sprinkle over top before serving if desired)
- Optional for garnish: cilantro, lime wedges
- Fritos Scoops or tortilla chips for dipping
Instructions

Grease a casserole dish or cast iron skillet or spray with non stick cooking spray. Add the chicken, Caribbean Jerk sauce, cream cheese, ranch, and shredded cheese. No need to stir.

Place the dish or cast iron skillet in a 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes, stirring a few times to combine.

Top with more cheese if desired and garnish with cilantro and lime wedges.
