Chicken Teriyaki Ramen Stir Fry
Chicken Teriyaki Ramen Stir Fry is a quick dinner recipe that is also easy on the budget.
Instead of serving the ramen noodles in broth, we will stir fry the noodles for a unique texture.
If you are like me you have most of these ingredients laying around already.
So this makes for a great last minute meal idea.
How to make Chicken Teriyaki Ramen Stir Fry
First throw away the flavor packet in four packages of ramen noodles.
Then boil the noodles according to the directions and rinse very well with cold water.
Set a large skillet or wok over medium high heat and add some vegetable oil along with a pound of diced chicken.
Season the chicken with kosher salt, pepper, and some store bought teriyaki sauce.
Cook the chicken for a few minutes, then remove it and set aside.
Add more vegetable oil to the same skillet or wok (still over medium high heat) along with a diced onion.
After the onion cooks for a few minutes add some garlic along with the cooked noodles, more teriyaki sauce, and soy sauce.
Flip and stir the noodles around a few times.
And after a few minutes add 3 eggs and 3 tablespoons of butter.
Continue cooking the noodles, pressing them into the skillet or wok to get some crispy bits.
Finally add in the cooked diced chicken and a bunch of green onions that have been sliced into two inch pieces.
Just a few more minutes in the skillet or wok and dinner is served 🙂
