My son had churros for the first time in Disney World and he fell in love, so I decided to make him an easy at home version… Air Fryer Nutella Churros!
He has always liked his Nutella, and he shares a serious love of crescent rolls as well.
So I kind of combined all his faves into one pretty spectacular air fryer dessert 🙂
How to make Air Fryer Nutella Churros
First combine 1/4 cup sugar and a tablespoon of ground cinnamon in a bowl.
Then melt 3 tablespoons of butter and a splash of vanilla extract in a second bowl.
Unroll a package of crescent rolls and separate the triangle pieces of dough.
And spread some Nutella on each one.
Roll up the Nutella stuffed crescent dough and now we are ready for the air fryer!
Set a station up like this with the crescent rolls, butter, and cinnamon sugar mix.
Dip each one into the melted butter to coat on all sides and then into the cinnamon sugar.
Set them in the air fryer basket in a single layer, preferably not touching too much.
Then set the air fryer to 350 degrees for about 6 to 8 minutes.
Cook time will depend on your air fryer so keep an eye on them the last minute or two.
Air Fryer Nutella Churros will have your kitchen smelling like cinnamon heaven 🙂
They are best served warm right out the air fryer, but do let them cool slightly before taking that first bite.
And remove them all while still warm to prevent them from sticking.
