Grilled Weekly Meal Plan
I am doing an all Grilled Weekly Meal Plan with easy recipes this week!
I am a summer girl who loves everything about it…
The warm weather, swimming, and above all GRILLING!
With only a few weeks of summer left I wanted to use my grill as much as possible.
Yes, I know you still CAN grill all year, and I certainly do.
But I love when my family is all out on the patio and swimming and I can be a part of it all while making dinner.
Plus, who doesn’t need a little inspiration or new grilled ideas for dinner, right?!

Grilled Greek Chicken Kabobs
This is a complete meal with the yummy veggies on the kabobs and add in some grilled Naan or pita bread.
The lemon yogurt dill sauce is phenomenal!
Blackened Shrimp Caesar Salad
The beauty of this one, beside the gorgeous grilled shrimp, is this uses a store bought salad kit!
Doesn’t get any easier than this one.
Wasabi Ginger Grilled Chicken
Marinate the chicken the night before and a few minutes on the grill and dinner is done.
Brush corn on the cob with olive oil, salt, and pepper and grill at the same time for a complete meal…with NO dishes 🙂
I doubled the chicken and used to to make Peanut Chicken Salad Wraps for lunch the next day.
Bourbon and Coke Steak Kabobs
The fun weekend recipe this week involves steak marinated and glazed with bourbon and coke!
