Well it’s no secret that back to school time in any household is just pure craziness. Everyone is adjusting to a new schedule, routines are thrown off, and that leaves a little less time to plan and make dinner. But everyone still has to eat…so I planned out an easy Back to School Weekly Meal Plan for you 🙂
Each week I share a few new dinner ideas for you to try. If you are interested in getting a few new recipes each week subscribe to my YouTube channel HERE and always get notified each time I post a weekly meal plan.

A few minutes to roll these up and a few minutes in the air fryer and dinner is done.
I plan to serve this with sliced apples…keeping with my super simple theme.
This one is is extra yummy AND extra easy! Throw it all in a casserole dish for easy cleanup as well, you could even line it with foil for NO cleanup.
Super good served with chips and/or soft tortillas and salsa for little Mexican fiesta.
Gotta love those Crockpot meals for extra busy weeks. Start this one in the morning and dinner is ready by the time you get home.
So in my weekly dinner ideas that I share, three of the recipes are meant for weeknight meals and I share one fun weekend recipe. Ah, the weekend…when things are just a little more relaxed.
So this weekend recipe is still easy, even though it does take a little more time making the kabobs. The shrimp, sausage, and pineapple is the perfect trio.
You could grill corn on the cob for the side dish…shuck the corn and brush with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill for 10 minutes, turning it a few times 🙂
