Easy Cheesy Chicken Stuffing Casserole
Easy Cheesy Chicken Stuffing Casserole has just a few simple ingredients, and it takes only 5 minutes to throw together with a crispy, buttery topping!
This simple dinner is based off of Dolly Parton’s signature casserole… but with a few twists and changes.
My daughter and I made it on ” Dolly Day”!

How to make Easy Cheesy Chicken Stuffing Casserole
All you need is what’s shown below.
Some cooked, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, I added green onion and used a blend of 3 cheeses.
But the biggest change is instead of using a Ritz cracker topping, I used Pepperidge Farm stuffing!

First, put the chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheese, and green onions in a large bowl.

Stir until combined and put in a 9×13 casserole dish or 12-inch cast iron skillet.

And spread it evenly.

Add 3 cups of the dry stuffing mix over top.
Finally, drizzle some melted butter evenly over the stuffing.

Bake Easy Cheesy Chicken Stuffing Casserole in a 375 degree oven for 30 minutes and dinner is served 🙂
