Staycation Dinner Ideas is the theme for this week’s meal plan.
Why, you may ask…because we are taking it easy at home this week instead of actually going on vacation 😉
And the BEST part of a vacation is splurging on all the yummy food!
Well, I mean lounging by the beach or pool is pretty awesome too.
But I want ALL the indulgent food!

So for this week’s dinner ideas it’s all vacation-ish food instead of the healthy-ish food I usually share.
Here’s what’s on our staycation menu for this week.
One of my favorite dishes of all time is chicken and waffles.
These put a fun spin on traditional chicken and waffles by adding the buffalo sauce.
And this meal just looks like vacation on a plate 🙂
A good burger is always on the list of foods I want to have on vacation.
To make these extra special I added BBQ pulled pork and made them on the flat top griddle for the perfect smashed burger.
Throw some frozen fries in the oven or air fryer for the perfect burger side dish.
This is by far the healthiest of the staycation meals, but the street corn topping is amazing!
Gotta have seafood on vacation, so it had to be included with these staycation dinner ideas.
This meal is HUGE on flavor but actually super simple to make.
Dipping the toasted baguette in the extra sauce is incredible.
