Mediterranean Chicken Couscous Bowls
This dish has a fabulous marinade for the chicken!
Served with couscous, kale, feta, and mix it all together with hummus and it’s super good.

Grilled Italian Chicken Kabobs
Lots of fresh veggies and a simple marinade for the chicken.
All cooked on the grill to the perfect, healthy summer meal.

Ginger Miso Steak Bowls
Get a nice, lean steak for these steak bowls to up the healthiness.
Adding the avocado and veggies turns this into a complete dinner.

Air Fryer Crab Cakes
The weekend recipe is on the healthy-ish side, but still brings that more relaxed weekend feel.
Crab cakes made in the air fryer eliminates frying in butter or oil. The sauce is a bit of a splurge… but hey, you’ve been good all week, eat the sauce too 😉
