Weekly Meal Plan May 31
This week’s new dinner ideas are all One Pot One Pan recipes! To me that means easy clean up, which is always a bonus.
Just click below for these fabulous one pot one pan recipes!
Honey Chipotle Grilled Chicken
This first dinner idea is actually a NO pan recipe 🙂
It’s all done on the grill! The honey chipotle marinade is the perfect mix of sweet and spicy.
And, if you double this recipe, you can use the leftover chicken in the next recipe that I am sharing this week.
You could serve this with Grilled Caesar Salad, which is also using no pots or pans at all 🙂

Grilled Caesar Salad

Chicken Bacon and Avocado Quesadillas
My favorite way to make quesadillas is in my cast iron skillet.
If you grilled enough Honey Chipotle Chicken, use it in these quesadillas.
I like to cook my bacon in the air fryer, or you could cook the bacon in the cast iron skillet before making these fantastic quesadillas.
Either way you’re still sticking with the one pan theme.

Cajun Lime Chicken and Peppers
Man oh man, this recipe is amazing!
The chicken thighs with the cajun, lime, and peppers are so yummy together.
If you have leftover tortillas (from the quesadillas) and leftover cajun chicken, I suggest making a wrap and adding some lettuce, cheese, and sour cream.

Mediterranean Dip
This would be a great poolside dip or game night snack for the weekend.
It involves no cooking, and yes…one pan (or in this case a plate).
So delicious with toasted Naan bread or pita chips for dipping.

Last week’s dinner ideas were all Take Out Favorites Made At Home!
