Garlic Sriracha Shrimp Kabobs
Garlic Sriracha Shrimp Kabobs on the grill or Blackstone griddle could be a meal or appetizer recipe, and they are even more amazing if you serve them with the Garlic Sriracha dipping sauce!
Light and healthy recipes that are flavorful and delicious are hard to come by.
How to make Garlic Sriracha Shrimp Kabobs
This is one pound of jumbo shrimp that I bought already peeled and deveined.
After putting the shrimp on the skewers I pat them dry with paper towels and then brushed them with olive oil.
Next I seasoned both sides with the a garlic sriracha seasoning.

Preheat your grill or Blackstone griddle to medium heat, then add the skewers with a little cooking oil first if using your griddle.
Shrimp do not take very long to cook at all.
And overcooking makes them kind of rubbery.

Literally two and a half minutes over medium heat per side and they are done to perfection 🙂

These Garlic Sriracha Shrimp Kabobs were absolutely amazing on their own, but if you know me well, you know I’m a dipper.
So I HAD to make a sauce.
Mayo (or light mayo) with some sriracha and garlic paste mixed together and you have a yummy dipping sauce!

Personally, I love spicy food.
But this is not overwhelmingly spicy.
Sriracha gives a great flavor without being too hot.
