Spicy sriracha shrimp grilled to perfection with a yummy dipping sauce

Ingredients
  • 1 pound jumbo shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 4 kabob skewers
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Weber's Garlic Sriracha Seasoning or similar seasoning blend
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1/2 to 1 tablespoon sriracha (use more or less to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic paste or minced garlic
Instructions
  1. Put the shrimp on the kabobs skewers (5 to 6 shrimp shrimp per skewer).

  2. Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels. Brush the shrimp with olive oil and sprinkle all sides with the Garlic Sriracha seasoning.

  3. Preheat your grill or Blackstone griddle to medium heat. Add cooking oil of choice if using griddle, add shrimp kabobs and cook 2 to 3 minutes per side.

  4. In a bowl mix together the mayo, sriracha, and garlic.

  5. Serve the shrimp kabobs with the garlic sriracha mayo for dipping.
