Lemon Dill Salmon and Asparagus
Lemon Dill Salmon and Asparagus is an easy one pan dinner recipe with a delicious garlic butter sauce all made on a sheet pan!
Even though it does have butter, it’s a pretty healthy dinner.
Unless you’re like me and also served this with a side of fettuccine alfredo 😉
How to make Lemon Dill Salmon and Asparagus
First we will make the lemon garlic butter sauce with fresh dill.
Put some butter, plenty of minced garlic, freshly chopped dill, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, kosher salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes in a small saucepan.
Set the saucepan on the stove over medium heat, cook 5 minutes stirring a few times.
Really we just need the butter to melt and to soften the garlic.

Next put a 1 1/2 pound salmon fillet and trimmed asparagus on a sheet pan (I lined mine with parchment paper).
Spoon the lemon dill sauce over the salmon and asparagus.

And toss the asparagus with tongs to evenly distribute the sauce.

Bake in a 400 degree oven for 15 to 18 minutes.

Serve Lemon Dill Salmon and Asparagus with lemon wedges to squeeze over top and more dill sprinkled over top 🙂

Such a yummy and easy meal!
