High Protein Crab Rangoon Rice Bowls
High Protein Crab Rangoon Rice Bowls is a healthy, protein packed lunch or dinner recipe with a homemade sauce made with cottage cheese!
Might I suggest making even more of this sauce to enjoy with chicken or salmon?!
You may even have some of the sauce leftover because I am a saucy girl and used A LOT of this sauce on my bowls.
I also wanted to add a diced avocado, but my avocado checked out early 🙁

How to make High Protein Crab Rangoon Rice Bowls
Put some cottage cheese, sweet Thai chili sauce, sriracha, lemon juice, kosher salt, pepper, and milk in a blender or food processor.

Blend until smooth, and add more milk if it’s too thick.
If you make the sauce ahead of time it is perfectly good in the fridge for a few days.

Divide cooked rice of choice between two bowls.
I used the Ben’s Ready Jasmine Rice.

Top the rice with chopped imitation crab, the delicious protein packed sauce, and some green onions and/or avocado if desired.
If you have extra sauce it’s very good on chicken or salmon.

I added green onions to my High Protein Crab Rangoon Rice Bowls 🙂
