Chicken Cordon Bleu Stuffing Casserole
Chicken Cordon Bleu Stuffing Casserole is an easy recipe for a family friendly dinner with a crispy topping ready in just minutes!
This recipe does use cooked and shredded chicken, so you could get a rotisserie chicken from the store or use my Meal Prep Shredded Chicken.
How to make Chicken Cordon Bleu Stuffing Casserole
Put 3 cups of cooked, shredded or chopped chicken, a cup of diced deli ham, and a can of cream of chicken soup in a large bowl.

Then add 8 ounces of sour cream, 2 cups of shredded Swiss cheese, and 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard.
Plus a little kosher salt and pepper.
The cheese I used was actually a blend of shredded Swiss and gruyere cheese.

Stir until combined and put it in a 9×13 casserole dish or 12-inch cast iron skillet.

Spread this mixture evenly and add 3 cups of dry Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix over top.
And drizzle 4 tablespoons of melted butter evenly over the stuffing.

Finally, bake Chicken Cordon Bleu Stuffing Casserole in a 375 degree oven for 30 minutes 🙂
This is always a hit at dinner!
