Steak and Caramelized Onion Flatbreads

Steak and Caramelized Onion Flatbreads

Steak and Caramelized Onion Flatbreads are every bit as delicious as the recipe sounds!

Bonus points too for planning ahead and making Steak with Herb Cream Sauce one night for dinner, and using the leftovers to make these flatbreads.

So basically I just bought an extra steak to grill keeping this meal in mind.

And the Slow Cooker Caramelized Onions… I made in a huge batch and am using them in multiple recipes.

So with the steak and onions already cooked and ready to go, this meal is assembled in just minutes.

How to Make Steak and Caramelized Onion Flatbreads

I’m kind of loving these Stonefire Naan Flatbreads for making pizzas these days.

So fresh and easy to make.

Start by putting two flatbreads on a baking sheet.

And brush them with olive oil.

Then a cup of shredded mozzarella cheese on the two naan breads.

And divide a cup of diced steak and a cup of caramelized onions over the cheese.

Finally, sprinkle another cup of mozzarella over top.

You can also add blue cheese or goat cheese crumbles if you like, too.

Bake them in a 375 degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes.

Or if you have a Traeger pellet grill, cook them on the grill grate at 375 degrees for the same time!

See… I told ya they were super easy and quick to make 🙂

Garnish Steak and Caramelized Onion Flatbreads with some parsley to make them extra pretty 🙂

Use a pizza cutter to slice them in smaller pieces and dig in!

This was our dinner, but honestly it would be a darn cool party appetizer as well.
