Turkey Bacon Breakfast Protein Bites
Turkey Bacon Breakfast Protein Bites is an easy meal prep breakfast recipe with turkey bacon, eggs, and cottage cheese made in muffin pans with 12 grams of protein in each one!
I’ve been on quite the kick of different egg bite variations, they are so easy to make and super convenient as a quick, healthy breakfast to reheat on the go.
How to make Turkey Bacon Breakfast Protein Bites
Preheat a large skillet or your Blackstone griddle over medium heat.
Use kitchen scissors to cut the turkey bacon into bite size pieces into the skillet or griddle.
Cook 8 to 9 minutes, mixing a few times until bacon is done to your liking.

Start by putting a cup of cottage cheese in a large bowl.

Then add 6 eggs, protein powder, cheese, kosher salt, pepper, and breakfast seasoning into the bowl and stir until combined.

And add the cooked turkey bacon.
Finally, just stir until combined.

Spray a (12-count) regular size muffin pan with nonstick spray.
Use an ice cream scoop to add the batter to the muffin pan.
I used a silicone muffin pan on a baking sheet and the egg bites did not stick at all.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes.

Let them cool before removing.
And store in a covered container in the fridge for a few days and reheat before enjoying.
