How to make High Protein Cherry Pepper Aioli

Start with a cup of cottage cheese (I actually did 1/4 cup mayo and 3/4 cup cottage cheese) in a blender or food processor.

Then add a few cherry peppers with the stems removed and some of the brine from the jar.

Unflavored protein powder is an optional addition.
