
Caprese Naan Flatbread Pizzas
Caprese Naan Flatbread Pizzas are an easy recipe, they can be baked or cooked on the Traeger pellet grill!
This is a vegetarian recipe, perfect for meatless Mondays.
And if you happen to have garden fresh tomatoes, well aren’t you a lucky duck 😉
I made these around Christmas for the festive holiday colors.
But my inspiration was from my favorite summertime salad… the caprese salad has tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, basil, and balsamic 🙂
How to make Caprese Naan Flatbread Pizzas
We are starting with some Stonefire Naan flatbreads.
And your basic caprese salad ingredients.

First drizzle some olive oil on two of the flatbreads.
And some shredded mozzarella cheese.

Then some sliced Roma tomatoes, fresh mozzarella cheese slices, kosher salt, and pepper.

You can bake these in the oven on a baking sheet at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
Or directly on the grill grate of your Traeger pellet grill for the same time and temp.

Now this looks like a dream come true, but we haven’t even added the additional toppings yet!

A generous drizzle of balsamic glaze and some fresh basil completes this gorgeous flatbread pizza.
You can find the glaze in the vinegar section of the store or on Amazon.

Caprese Naan Flatbread Pizzas were the perfect meatless Monday meal 🙂
I actually made a variety of pizzas on this day.
We used a pizza cutter to cut them into smaller slices and had a little pizza bar, so fun!

Caprese Naan Flatbread Pizzas
Caprese Naan Flatbread Pizzas is an easy recipe to make for pizza night at home with tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and balsamic glaze!
Ingredients
- 2 Stonefire Naan Flatbreads (one package comes with 2 flatbreads)
- olive oil
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 to 2 tomatoes sliced
- 8 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese sliced
- kosher salt, pepper
- balsamic glaze (vinegar section of grocery store or Amazon)
- fresh basil sliced
Instructions

Put the flatbreads on a baking sheet. Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle the shredded cheese over top.

Add the sliced tomatoes, sliced fresh mozzarella, kosher salt, and pepper. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
Note: Or set your Traeger or pellet grill to 375 degrees. Place the flatbreads on the grill grates for 12 to 15 minutes.

Drizzle the balsamic glaze over top before serving and sprinkle the fresh basil.
