Traeger Jalapeno Corn Dip
Traeger Jalapeno Corn Dip is a fabulous appetizer, party food, or game day snack recipe!
It has only 5 ingredients and picks up that extra wood fired, smoky flavor from the Traeger pellet grill.
All you need to go with it are some tortilla chips or Fritos Scoops for dipping up all this yumminess 🙂
How to Make Traeger Jalapeno Corn Dip
This could not be easier to prepare, I mean you don’t even have to chop anything.
Put 2 cans drained corn, a can of diced jalapenos, an 8 ounce block of pepper jack cheese, cream cheese, and a packet of taco seasoning into a cast iron skillet or foil pan.
You don’t even have to stir it quite yet 🙂
Place it in a smoker or Traeger at 250 degrees for 45 minutes.
By then the cheeses are nice and melty, so just stir it until evenly combined.
Then leave it go on the Trager for another 45 minutes.
It will be hot and bubbly and ready to be devoured 🙂

Serve Traeger Jalapeno Corn Dip with tortilla chips or Fritos Scoops for dipping 🙂
I did get a little extra and garnish with some chives.
We could not stop eating this dip and it ended up being our dinner because we were so full.
I sure hope you enjoy it as much as we did!
