Traeger Jalapeno Corn Dip is a great appetizer or game day snack with just a few ingredients and extra wood fired flavor from the Traeger!

Ingredients
  • 2 cans corn drained
  • 1 4 oz can diced jalapenos
  • 1 8 oz block pepper jack cheese shredded
  • 1 8 oz block cream cheese
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
Instructions

  1. Put all of the ingredients into a cast iron skillet or foil pan. Place in a Traeger grill/ smoker set to 250 degrees for 45 minutes.

  2. Stir the dip until evenly combined and leave in the Traeger grill/ smoker for 45 more minutes.

  3. Serve with tortilla chips or Fritos Scoops for dipping.
