Air Fryer Tomato Burrata Crostini

Air Fryer Tomato Burrata Crostini

A quick and easy snack, side dish, or appetizer recipe for the air fryer is what am sharing today… Air Fryer Tomato Burrata Crostini!

I still have just a few garden fresh tomatoes and basil, so this was actually my light lunch.

And I may or may not have expressed waaaaay too many “Mmmmmmmms” and “Wows” as I devoured these 😉

The burrata cheese is enough to make me grin from ear to ear…

But adding the perfectly crisped air fried bread with that magical balsamic glaze just made me way too happy!

How to make Air Fryer Tomato Burrata Crostini

I have some fresh ciabatta bread, or you could use a good quality French bread.

Some fresh tomatoes, burrata (very similar to fresh mozzarella), fresh basil, and balsamic glaze.

You can find the balsamic glaze in the vinegar section of the store or go to everyone’s best good friend, Amazon 😉

ingredients for the crostini

First slice the bread and brush with olive oil.

This recipe calls for 8 slices, but you could easily double the recipe if you need to.

brushing the bread with olive oil

Place the bread in the air fryer and season with kosher salt and pepper.

Then set the air fryer to 370 degrees for 2 to 3 minutes.

Once the bread is slightly crisped how you prefer, tear the burrata cheese and top the bread.

Then add some tomato slices and more kosher salt and pepper.

And set the air fryer to 370 degrees for another minute or two.

The cheese will get a little melty and the warm up the tomatoes slightly.

Finally, drizzle some balsamic glaze over each crostini and top with some fresh basil slices.

The perfect little snack or appetizer made in just minutes!

It doesn’t get much better than a fresh and simple recipe like this.
