Spicy Steak Ciabatta Sandwiches
You can make these Spicy Steak Ciabatta Sandwiches in a large skillet or your Blackstone griddle… I actually used my Blacksone E-series indoor griddle 🙂
We got shaved ribeye steak from the butcher AND fresh baked ciabatta rolls!
How to make Spicy Steak Ciabatta Sandwiches
First heat your skillet or Blackstone griddle over medium heat, I am using my indoor Blackstone griddle.
Add some cooking oil and toast the bread for a minute or two.
In a skillet this will take a few batches.

Next add the shaved steak and season with Worcestershire sauce, Cajun seasoning, kosher salt, and pepper.
I also added crushed red pepper flakes to add to the spiciness.
Cook the steak for about 5 minutes, make 4 piles, and top each with shredded pepper jack cheese.

Drizzle sauce of choice to the buns, I used a mix of garlic aioli and horseradish sauce.
Spicy mayo or remoulade sauce would also be amazing choices.

Once the cheese is melted transfer the steak to the buns.

We added pickled jalapenos to our Spicy Steak Ciabatta Sandwiches 🙂
