Crock Pot Cheesesteak Soup
My husband came up with this genius slow cooker soup idea, but I developed the recipe… so we made a great team with this Crock Pot Cheesesteak Soup!
We used Blackstone’s Cheesesteak seasoning, but a steak seasoning blend will work too.

How to make Crock Pot Cheesesteak Soup
First put two pounds of cubed beef stew meat in your Crock Pot slow cooker.
Then a large, sliced onion.

Plenty of fresh, minced garlic.

Sliced mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce, kosher salt, pepper, and Cheesesteak or steak seasoning.

Finally, 4 cups of beef broth.
Cover and let this cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.

Add a block of cream cheese after it’s been cooking low and slow all day, I cut mine into smaller pieces.

Stir the soup a few times so the cream cheese melts in.
And cube up a French baguette, toss with olive oil and more Cheesesteak seasoning, and toast.
I did mine in the air fryer, but the oven works too!

Serve Crock Pot Cheesesteak Soup with shredded cheese and plenty of the toasty bread cubes 🙂
