Crock Pot Loaded Steak and Potatoes
My first slow cooker meal of the season did not disappoint… Crock Pot Loaded Steak and Potatoes was ahhhhhh-mazing!
Fall is the perfect time for slow cooker and Crock Pot dinner recipes in my opinion!
The weather is getting cooler, and schedules are a little busier, so it makes sense to have a cheesy, comforting meal that only takes minutes to prepare.

How to make Crock Pot Loaded Steak and Potatoes
First put 1 1/2 pounds of cubed beef stew meat in your slow cooker.
Then cut 1 1/2 pounds of gold potatoes into inch pieces.

And throw the diced potatoes in as well.

Next add lots of minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, kosher salt, pepper, and your favorite steak seasoning blend.

Give it a mix and top with some cubes of butter.

And set your Crock Pot to low for 6 to 8 hours.

I mixed in some fresh, chopped parsley but that’s optional.
Top with some shredded cheese of choice and add the lid back on until the cheese melts.

Drizzle sour cream and garnish with parsley before serving Crock Pot Loaded Steak and Potatoes 🙂
