Balsamic Steak and Brussel Sprouts
I’ve got a fabulous one pan, healthy dinner recipe to share today… Balsamic Steak and Brussel Sprouts!
My daughter came up with this creation, and plan A was to make it on the Blackstone griddle.
But it was like 10 below zero outside so we decided a sheet pan dinner was the way to go here 😉

How to make Balsamic Steak and Brussel Sprouts
Start by slicing a pound of Brussel sprouts in half.
I also sliced off most of the stem.

Place the Brussels on a sheet pan lined with either foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Then drizzle olive oil over top and season with kosher salt and pepper.

Place the Brussel sprouts in a 400-degree oven for 20 minutes.
And cut a pound of sirloin steak into bite size pieces, place in a bowl, and mince some garlic.

Drizzle some olive oil and balsamic vinegar on the steak and add the garlic, kosher salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
I used the Tuscan Herb Seasoning from Blackstone.
Toss until combined.

Once the Brussel sprouts come out of the oven add more balsamic vinegar and Italian seasoning.
Toss until combined and place the steak bites on the sheet pan.
Then back into the oven for another 8 to 10 minutes.

Sprinkle blue cheese and dried cranberries over top of Balsamic Steak and Brussel Sprouts 🙂
Feta or goat cheese work too if you aren’t a fan of blue cheese.

What a gorgeous, healthy, and delicious meal!
