Ingredients
  • 1 pound brussel sprouts stems removed, cut in half
  • olive oil, kosher salt, pepper
  • 1 pound sirloin steak cut into cubes
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning blend
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/3 cup blue cheese or goat cheese crumbles
Instructions
  1. Put the Brussel sprouts on a lined baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil over top and season with kosher salt and pepper. Toss until combined and place in a 400-degree oven for 20 minutes.

  2. Put steak in a medium bowl. Add a drizzle of olive oil, kosher salt, pepper, garlic, half of the balsamic vinegar, and half of the Italian seasoning. Toss until combined.

  3. Remove brussels from oven. Add remaining balsamic vinegar and Italian seasoning. Toss until combined and then add the seasoned steak bites to the baking sheet. Place back into the 400-degree oven for 8 to 10 minutes.

  4. Top with cranberries and blue cheese or goat cheese crumbles before serving.
