
Vodka Shrimp Lavash Flatbreads
These Vodka Shrimp Lavash Flatbreads were darn tasty for this being my attempt at a lower calorie pizza recipe.
Lavash wraps make the perfect, thin pizza crust and are definitely on the healthier side with only 120 calories per sheet.
Just a little cheese and vodka sauce paired so great with thin sliced red peppers and shrimp.

How to make Vodka Shrimp Lavash Flatbreads
First place 4 lavash flatbreads on two baking sheets.
I lined my sheets with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Then spread 12 ounces of store-bought vodka sauce evenly.

Then some mozzarella cheese and a thinly sliced red bell pepper go over top.

As you can see, for this healthier pizza version I didn’t use nearly as much cheese as I normally would.
Feel free to add more cheese if you’d prefer.

Then I cut a pound of jumbo shrimp into smaller pieces, pretty much cut each shrimp into thirds.
Using my kitchen scissors made this job very easy.

Finally add the shrimp, goat cheese crumbles, some kosher salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

Next stop is a 425-degree oven for 12 to 14 minutes.
This will get the edges nice and crisp with the center of the crust remaining slightly soft.

Vodka Shrimp Lavash Flatbreads
Vodka Shrimp Lavash Flatbreads is a lower calorie pizza recipe with vodka sauce, shrimp, goat cheese, and peppers for a perfect simple dinner idea!
Ingredients
- 4 lavash flatbreads
- 12 ounces vodka sauce
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 red bell pepper thinly sliced
- 1 pound jumbo shrimp peeled, deveined, and cut into thirds
- 4 ounces crumbled goat cheese
- kosher salt, pepper, Italian seasoning
Instructions

Place flatbreads onto 2 lined baking sheets, 2 flatbreads per baking sheet. Spread the vodka sauce evenly on the flatbreads.

Sprinkle mozzarella over top, add pepper slices, shrimp, and goat cheese evenly over each. Season with kosher salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

Bake in a 425-degree oven for 12 to 14 minutes. Slice and serve.
