Orange Cranberry Turkey Tenderloin

Share Post
The Orange Cranberry Turkey Tenderloin that I made the other night was phenomenal.
Perhaps I have underestimated just how tender and juicy turkey breast tenderloins are!
You have two choices for cooking these, either in the oven or on the Traeger Grill if you have one.
The Traeger version gives a little smoky flavor.
How to Make Orange Cranberry Turkey Tenderloin
First make the orange cranberry glaze.
In a small saucepan add orange juice, jellied cranberry sauce, soy sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic.

Whisk it together and bring to a boil.
At first the jellied cranberry is in whole lumps, but it soon melts and becomes one with the glaze.
Once it comes to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Set this aside and start on the turkey.

I bought a pack of turkey breast tenderloins that were 1 1/2 pounds.
In the package were two rather large tenderloins.
Each one served two people in my family.
Season them with kosher salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes.
You can place these on a baking sheet and cook in a 400 degree oven.
Or heat your Traeger Grill to 400 degrees and place them right on the grill grates.

These will cook about 35 to 45 minutes.
Or until the internal temp is at 165 degrees.
Flip them halfway through and also brush with the glaze a few times during the last half of cooking.

Serve Orange Cranberry Turkey Tenderloin with the extra sauce for dipping!
These were so juicy and tender we only needed a fork to cut them.
My go to is usually chicken, but with my family’s reaction to this turkey dish, I have a feeling turkey will get requested more often.

Put the orange juice, cranberry sauce, soy sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and reduce the heat to simmer for 5 minutes, stir until it's combined and has a glaze consistency.
