How to make Crispy Garlic Parmesan Chicken
The sauce is a mix of mayo, grated parmesan cheese, garlic paste, kosher salt, and pepper.
Whisk the sauce together and spread it evenly over 4 thin cut chicken breasts on a lined baking sheet.
If you can’t find thin cut chicken breasts you can slice each regular size piece in half lengthwise, creating 2 thin chicken breasts.
Next up is a Tbsp of panko bread crumbs over each.
Press the panko slightly into the sauce to make sure it sticks.
Baking Crispy Garlic Parmesan Chicken
Place this in a 400 degree oven for 15 minutes.
Turn the broiler on high during the last 2 minutes to brown the topping.
For something so simple and easy, this dish is BIG on flavor.
The creamy, cheesy sauce goes perfectly with the chicken.
And the panko gives the perfect crunch factor.

Crispy Garlic Parmesan Chicken
Crispy Garlic Parmesan Chicken has just a few simple ingredients baked in the oven, big on flavor and kid friendly too!
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 Tbsps garlic paste or minced garlic
- kosher salt, pepper
- 4 thin cut chicken breasts
- 4 Tbsps panko bread crumbs
Put the mayo, parmesan, garlic, kosher salt, and pepper in a bowl and whisk until evenly mixed.
Put the thin cut chicken breasts on a lined baking sheet. Spread the garlic parmesan sauce over each one. Top each chicken with the panko bread crumbs (press the panko slightly into the sauce).
Bake in a 400 degree oven for 15 minutes, turn the broiler on high during the last two minutes to crisp the top.
