Cheesy Bacon Ranch Chicken
Cheesy Bacon Ranch Chicken did not disappoint and everyone absolutely LOVED the recipe for this super simple dish.
This recipe was at the request of my 7 year old son.
He LOVES helping in the kitchen with me đŸ™‚
Specifically he asked for chicken with cheese and bacon that he could dip in ranch.
I decided to add the mayo and ranch mix to keep the chicken moist and juicy.
How to Make Cheesy Bacon Ranch Chicken
Start with chicken breasts and dip them in a mixture of mayo and dry ranch seasoning.
You do have to use your hands to coat them evenly.
Spoon the rest over top.
Now I used a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, but I would recommend using a baking/ casserole dish instead.
Sprinkle a bit of kosher salt and pepper over top and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
Remove the chicken from the oven just long enough to top each one with 2 slices of colby jack cheese.
Oh, and some cooked and crumbled bacon.
I cooked the bacon while the chicken was in the oven so it was ready to go.
Back into the oven for 5 more minutes and the cheese is ooey gooey melted to perfection!
Honestly I planned to dip this in more ranch dressing, but it didn’t need a thing!
Cheesy Bacon Ranch Chicken was juicy and full of flavor, and best yet everyone was happy at dinner đŸ™‚
