High Protein Tiramisu Cheesecake Bites
These High Protein Tiramisu Cheesecake Bites are made with cottage cheese and Greek yogurt for a lower calorie, higher protein healthy-ish dessert with 182 calories and 9 grams protein each!

How to make High Protein Tiramisu Cheesecake Bites
Start with 2 cups cottage cheese, 5.3 ounces of nonfat plain Greek yogurt, 3 eggs, some protein power of choice, 1/2 cup sugar, and 4 teaspoons espresso powder in a bowl.
You can blend your cottage cheese first, but I liked mine like this.

Now come the Biscoff cookies!!
Save 6 to decorate the tops, and crumble the rest of an 8.8 ounce sleeve into the bowl.
Bigger chunks are perfectly fine here.

Mix it all together and then scoop into a 12-count regular size muffin pan.
Mine was silicone to prevent sticking.

Bake in a 350 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
Then, while still warm, break the 6 remaining cookies in half to place in the center of each.

High Protein Tiramisu Cheesecake Bites are the perfect healthy-ish sweet treat!
Let them cool before removing from the muffin pan.
They are delicate so use care when removing them.
