Steak and Egg Loaded Hash Browns
These Steak and Egg Loaded Hash Browns were so fun for a different variation of steak and eggs.
Plus I happened to have leftover steak that I meal prepped on my Blackstone griddle.
Odd to use the words “leftover steak” I guess 😉

I share these meal prep ideas at IfYouGiveAGirlAGrill.com along with many more Blackstone griddle and smoker recipes.

How to make Steak and Egg Loaded Hash Browns
First cook 4 hash brown patties according to the package directions.
I seasoned mine with salt, pepper, and a breakfast seasoning blend and cooked them in the air fryer for 12 minutes.
Then spread some guacamole on each hash brown.
This was homemade guacamole but of course you can use your favorite store bought.

The steak was was already cooked, but I did chop it in smaller pieces.
And piled on as much as I could.

Finally top each with a fried egg cooked how you like.
I like a slightly drippy egg.

My husband added hot sauce, but I had my Steak and Egg Hash Browns just like this 🙂
