Ingredients
  • 4 frozen hash brown patties
  • kosher salt, pepper, breakfast seasoning blend (optional)
  • 1/2 cup guacamole (homemade or store bought)
  • 1 cup cooked steak diced
  • cooking oil or butter
  • 4 eggs
  • hot sauce, cilantro (optional)
Instructions
  1. Cook the hash brown patties according to the package directions. I put mine in the air fryer for 12 minutes, if they are not seasoned already, season them with kosher salt, pepper, and breakfast seasoning blend (if using).

  2. Set a skillet over medium to medium low heat. Add cooking oil or butter and fry the eggs according to your preference, season with kosher salt, pepper, and breakfast seasoning (if using).

  3. Assemble the hash browns with guacamole spread evenly first, then pile on as much steak as you can, top each with a fried egg, add hot sauce and/or cilantro if desired.
