Air Fryer Lemon Garlic Salmon with Asparagus is super delicious and flavorful!
I’ve got another fabulous, healthy meal all made in the air fryer today!
Well, it does have a small amount of butter, so maybe we will go with healthy-ish on this one.
Two salmon fillets, about 4 ounces each, and a half pound of asparagus was our perfect dinner for two.
How to Make Air Fryer Lemon Garlic Salmon
First melt 2 Tbsps butter and add in kosher salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, lemon juice, and garlic powder.
For as simple as this dish is, it has so much delicious flavor!
Whisk it all together and set half of this lemon garlic butter aside for a dipping sauce.
And then brush the other half of the butter mixture over both the salmon and the asparagus.
The salmon will go in the air fryer first for 4 minutes at 400 degrees.
The asparagus has a slightly shorter cooking time.
As you can see, I left room for the asparagus to fit on one side of the air fryer basket.
After 4 minutes add in the asparagus, I also added a lemon wedge over top of the salmon.
Then it will go back into the air fryer at 400 degrees for 9 more minutes.
Air Fryer Lemon Garlic Salmon and Asparagus comes out beautifully cooked!
Serve with the extra lemon garlic butter for dipping, or just drizzle more over top.
The air fryer is my all time favorite way to make salmon…it comes out perfect each and every time!
And lucky for me my family loves salmon and asparagus for dinner so this one was a no complaint dinner 🙂
