Salsa Ranch Chicken Tacos
This one starts out in the slow cooker with a few simple ingredients.
When you are ready to eat just shred the chicken right in the slow cooker and serve with tortillas and your favorite taco toppings.
The leftover, if you have any, are great to use to make nachos!

Air Fryer Everything Bagel Dogs
These take a few minutes to throw together and the rest of the work is done in the air fryer.
There is something about the everything bagel seasoning that made these extra special and yummy!

Blackened Catfish with Old Bay Aioli
You could make the sauce ahead of time and store in the fridge to make this meal even quicker.
The blackened seasoning give the perfect amount of kick to this catfish.

Asian Steak Bites with Yum Yum Sauce
I seriously cannot wait to have this one again this week.
Marinate the steak bites in a gallon size plastic bag overnight and a few minutes in a skillet and dinner is done.
This is a homemade yum yum sauce that I always keep on hand.
So just like with the Old Bay aioli, make the sauce ahead of time to make this even easier.
