Some weeks are a little busier than others around here. I’m pretty sure that’s true for all households. Some weeks I plan meals that are a bit more involved when I have more time to spend. But some weeks I need an Easy Weekly Meal Plan so I don’t turn into psycho mom 😉

This one starts out in the slow cooker with a few simple ingredients. When you are ready to eat just shred the chicken right in the slow cooker and serve with tortillas and your favorite taco toppings.
The leftover, if you have any, are great to use to make nachos!
These take a few minutes to throw together and the rest of the work is done in the air fryer.
There is something about the everything bagel seasoning that made these extra special and yummy!
You could make the sauce ahead of time and store in the fridge to make this meal even quicker. The blackened seasoning give the perfect amount of kick to this catfish.
I seriously cannot wait to have this one again this week. Marinate the steak bites in a gallon size plastic bag overnight and a few minutes in a skillet and dinner is done.
This is a homemade yum yum sauce that I always keep on hand. So just like with the Old Bay aioli, make the sauce ahead of time to make this even easier.
