Sweet Thai Chili Salmon
Well, Sweet Thai Chili Salmon fits the following description 100%!
An easy, healthy recipe, only six ingredients, that is also BIG on flavor and very minimal cleanup.
This, my friends, may be the definition of the PERFECT recipe.
It’s a sweet and spicy way to enjoy salmon, and all of the health benefits that come from eating salmon.
How to make Sweet Thai Chili Salmon
The sauce is a mix of Sweet Thai Chili Sauce, soy sauce, garlic, Sriracha, and honey.
Divide the sauce in half and set one half aside for dipping, and brush some of the other half over the salmon.
Usually I get skin on salmon fillets, but the store only had these skinless fillets this time.
It was choice between no salmon or skinless salmon, so I went for it.
If using skin on, place them skin side down on a lined baking sheet.
The salmon will go into a 425 degree oven for 15 minutes total.
Brush it with the sauce a few more times as it cooks.
During the last few minutes turn the broiler on high to caramelize the sauce making it more of a glaze.
Remember I said very minimal cleanup?
This is why I line the baking sheet. Just pitch the foil or parchment paper afterwards…doesn’t get easier than that, right?
Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired, and serve this gorgeous Sweet Thai Chili Salmon with the dipping sauce that we set aside earlier.
Side suggestions to go with this salmon would be a baked sweet potato or Air Fryer Lemon Parmesan Broccoli.
Maybe even a side salad, Veggie Fried Rice, or maybe even Roasted Peppers and Mushrooms.
