Ginger Soy Pork Burgers
This recipe for Ginger Soy Pork Burgers ranks toward the top for sure!
I absolutely LOVE a good burger, I have devoured my fair share of burgers and have made my fair share as well.
A unique Asian twist on burgers topped with spicy mayo and kimchi…totally addicting!
I am using ground pork for the meat in these burgers.
And mixing them with grated carrots, chopped green onions, garlic, and the awesome ingredient that makes these burgers super yummy… ginger soy glaze.
The ginger soy glaze I use in SO many dishes, including Ginger Soy Salmon, Spicy Crab Sushi Stacks, and Seafood Wonton Nachos!
You can find it in the Asian section of the store or on Amazon.

How to make Ginger Soy Pork Burgers
Mix this together with your hands and form into 4 burger patties.

Already looks amazing, right?!

Options for cooking these burgers are on the grill, a cast iron skillet, or in this case I am using my flat top grill.
I have even made burgers in my air fryer so that would be a good option as well.
If cooking in a skillet or flat top add a little oil first to prevent sticking.

Whatever method you choose, they take 5 to 6 minutes per side over medium heat.

We topped our burgers with more of the ginger soy glaze and some spicy mayo.
You can easily make the spicy mayo by combining mayo and Sriracha.
Then just drizzle right over top.

Kimchi may have been my favorite topping for these Ginger Soy Pork Burgers!

You can find kimchi in just about any grocery store and it really elevates these burger to a whole new level of yumminess!

YUM!
