My thoughts about meal planning are all about making it easy on myself (and yes feeding my family nutritious homemade meals, yada yada yada 😉 )
So, here are the 3 weeknight dinners and fun weekend recipe for my One Pan Wonders Weekly Meal Plan 🙂
One Pan Chicken Sausage Sweet Potatoes and Apples
It’s fall and this one has lots of great fall flavors!
Line the sheet pan with foil and you have zero cleanup 🙂

Cheesy Pesto Chicken with Tomatoes
Cheesy goodness right here with this one pan chicken recipe.
The cherry tomatoes burst and get super sweet, which is my favorite part of this dish.

Crispy Creole Mustard Salmon and Potatoes
Healthy salmon on one pan with potatoes and an amazing creole mustard sauce!

Roasted Old Bay Shrimp Boil
This weekend recipe isn’t technically all made in one pan because you do have to boil the potatoes.
But, hey, it is the weekend and you have a smidge more time so that’s why I saved it for last.
Plus it’s so fun to eat right off the pan or you could even line the table with newspaper and spread it out and all just dig in!
