Hot Honey Buffalo Chicken Flatbreads
My sister came for lunch, so I took alllllll of her favorite ingredients and created a recipe designed especially for her… Hot Honey Buffalo Chicken Flatbreads!!
Food is my love language, so no one in my family is surprised when I do weird things like this.
I do have pat myself on the back with this one because the sweet and spicy combo of the hot honey and buffalo along with the salty blue cheese was ahhhhhh-mazing!
And the thin, crisp lavash flatbreads have quickly become my new favorite way to make pizzas.

How to make Hot Honey Buffalo Chicken Flatbreads
First dice some already cooked chicken or shred some store-bought rotisserie chicken.
Then place 2 lavash flatbreads on a lined baking sheet.

And brush the tops with olive oil.
Place this into a 425-degree oven for 5 minutes.
This will help create a slightly crisp crust.

Then pile on some shredded mozzarella cheese and evenly distribute the chicken.
Oh, and some blue cheese crumbles… really as much or as little as your heart desires.
Add a seasoning blend of choice if desired, I used Kinder’s Garlic and Herb seasoning.

Now back into the oven for just another 3 to 4 minutes.
We really just need the cheese to melt.

Now for the thing that takes this flatbread from ordinary to extraordinary.
The hot honey and buffalo sauce drizzle 🙂

Hot Honey Buffalo Chicken Flatbreads were such a fun lunch to enjoy with my sister 🙂
We added even more hot honey because, well…. it’s just so darn yummy!

Napkins and a good handwashing after this meal are required, but absolutely worth the stickiness 😉
