Traeger Buffalo Chicken Stuffed Jalapenos are extra easy peasy because this recipe uses leftover buffalo chicken dip.
You may ask yourself “What is LEFTOVER buffalo chicken dip???”.
I know, I know, it’s rare around here too.
I actually saved a cup of this dip to set aside just for these stuffed jalapenos.
Otherwise I know for a fact there would have been none left for these amazing stuffed jalapenos.
Here’s how to make Traeger Buffalo Chicken Stuffed Jalapenos
So start with a cup of this Traeger Smoked Buffalo Chicken Dip.
You could also use buffalo chicken dip from the deli or they even sell frozen buffalo chicken dip in some grocery stores that I have been to.
Then slice 6 jalapenos in half lengthwise and scrape off the seeds and white ribs.
You can leave some seeds if you want some extra spice of course.
I find that the easiest way is to use a spoon and scrape the seeds and ribs right into the garbage can.
Fill each jalapeno half with the leftover buffalo chicken dip.
This works best in my opinion if the dip is cold.
Once they are all stuffed, head out to the Traeger that is preheated to 350 degrees.
Place them right on the Traeger grates for 20 minutes.
And you have an incredible smoked appetizer or game day snack!
Traeger Buffalo Chicken Stuffed Jalapenos are really that simple!
We enjoyed ours as part of a snacky snack dinner, which we have quite often around here.
The flatbread smoked at the same time as these jalapenos.
