Trying to stay home and eat in can be tricky when you’re missing some of your restaurant favorites. So I’ve been trying to recreate some of my restaurant favorite recipes at home.

Thai Peanut Chicken Pasta
This was was my version of the peanut pasta dish at the Cheesecake Factory.
And let me just tell ya…it was fabulous!
If you want to try and make a cheesecake dessert to finish your meal, try my easy Cinnamon Cheesecake Bars.
Air Fryer Shrimp Chimichangas
My favorite meal at our go-to Mexican restaurant is shrimp chimichangas, and this version is even healthier because it’s made in the air fryer.
I also have an Air Fryer Chicken Chimichanga recipe as well as these Baked Shrimp and Chorizo Burritos, which is another restaurant meal that I recreated at home.
Shrimp Scampi Flatbreads
My favorite dish at Olive Garden is the shrimp scampi.
This one I mixed up just a bit by making Shrimp Scampi Flatbreads.
Garlic-y, lemon-y, cheesy goodness all on a flatbread!
YUM đŸ™‚
Smoked Korean Chicken Wings
No restaurant style at home meal plan is complete without some sort of chicken wing, right?!
I have LOTS more wing recipes such as Pickle Brined Chicken Wings and Old Bay Chicken Wings too!
These are big on Korean flavor and can be smoked or baked in the oven.
