Grilled Honey BBQ Chicken
For dinner I wanted to make something quick and easy to be able to spend as much time with my dinner guests as possible, so I went with a Grilled Honey BBQ Chicken recipe.
You could also make this chicken on your Blackstone or flat top griddle.
How to make Grilled Honey BBQ Chicken
This recipe starts by placing 4 thin cut chicken breasts in a gallon size plastic bag.
Add olive oil and BBQ seasoning, massage until evenly coated.
Put the bag in the fridge to marinate overnight.

The grill was set to medium/ medium high heat or preheat your griddle to medium and add a little cooking oil before adding the chicken.
I brushed it several times with a honey BBQ sauce that I made.
It’s simply BBQ sauce, honey, and I opted to add some hot sauce for a little kick.
It was the perfect trio of sweet, smoky, and spicy!

I brushed half the sauce on the chicken several times and served the other half on the side for dipping.

Everyone loved this recipe for Grilled Honey BBQ Chicken
I served this with Garlic Parmesan Fingerling Potatoes, Mac and Cheese, and Green Beans with Bacon.
