Grilled Korean Chicken
I tried something new and it’s absolutely fantastic on steak, so I had to try it and make a Grilled Korean Chicken recipe.
I’ve been kind of obsessed with my newest grocery store find lately, Gochujang chili paste.
This Korean condiment is full of a sweet and spicy flavor that makes me want to use it in everything!

How to make Grilled Korean Chicken
It could not be more simple to prepare, which is always a bonus with any recipe.
First, place 4 thin cut chicken breasts in a gallon size plastic bag along with Gochujang, ginger paste, garlic paste, soy sauce, and honey.

Then, massage the bag until it’s evenly coated and place in the fridge to marinate.
I marinated this for about 3 hours, you could also marinate overnight.
Grill over medium to medium high heat.

.

These were pretty thin, so they only took about 4 minutes per side.

Finally, sprinkle some sesame seeds over top along with some green onions on your Grilled Korean Chicken and dinner is served 🙂
I’m kind of a sauce freak, so I mixed together some mayo, Gochujang, and soy sauce as a dipping sauce.
The chicken really didn’t need it, but sometimes I just can’t help coming up with new sauces.
It’s an option if you’re a sauce freak like me 😉
