Teriyaki Steak Bowls
This Teriyaki Steak Bowls recipe can be made with either rice or cauliflower rice, and in a skillet or Blackstone griddle.
I recently made Asian Steak Bites with Yum Yum Sauce and Salmon Sushi Bowls, and this dish is kind of a combo of both.
How to Make Teriyaki Steak Bowls
Cut up a flat iron steak and marinate it overnight.

Teriyaki steak marinades can vary so much.
This one is just soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic paste and ginger paste.
Cook in a skillet or on your Blackstone griddle over medium high heat with some sesame oil and that’s it 🙂

Assemble the bowls with the cooked rice, diced mango, avocado, some cilantro and lime. SO pretty!

The Yum Yum Sauce is the best part.
It’s mayo (or light mayo), ketchup, sugar, garlic powder, and paprika.
Mix it all together and you have Yum Yum Sauce 🙂

We squeezed the lime over top and mixed everything together and added more sauce as we devoured these amazing Teriyaki Steak bowls 🙂
Now of course we used a lot more of the sauce than in this picture.
