Flavorful steak bowls with rice or cauliflower rice
Cut the flat iron steak into half inch cubes. Put the steak bites in a bowl with the soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic paste and ginger paste. Toss until evenly coated. Place in the fridge to marinate several hours or overnight.
In a skillet over medium high heat add the sesame oil and steak bites. Cook 4-6 minutes, stirring and flipping the steak bites to sear all sides.
Divide the cooked rice (or cauliflower rice) into 4 bowls. Top each bowl with the steak bites, diced mango, avocado, cilantro leaves, and a lime wedge.
Serve with Yum Yum Sauce drizzled over top (store bought or recipe below).
