High Protein Creamy Nashville Hot Sauce
This healthy recipe for High Protein Creamy Nashville Hot Sauce is SO simple with only 3 ingredients!
You know I loooove my sauces, but not so much in love with the high fat, calories, and no nutritional value.
So I have been on a mission to create as many high protein, healthy sauces with a cottage cheese base as I possibly can.
You can use this spicy sauce on chicken wraps, add to your grilled chicken sandwich, as a salad dressing, or as a dip for chicken tenders!
And it only has 40 calories and almost 5 grams of protein per serving 🙂

How to make High Protein Creamy Nashville Hot Sauce
Literally all you have to do is put a cup of cottage cheese into your blender or food processor.
Then add 1/4 cup pickle juice, Nashville Hot seasoning blend, plus a little kosher salt and pepper.
The amount of seasoning will depend on your spice preference.

Blend this until smooth.
It does take about a minute.
Taste for seasoning and add more of the Nashville Hot seasoning if desired.
You can also add more pickle juice for a thinner sauce or if using as a salad dressing.

Store High Protein Nashville Hot Sauce in a covered container in the fridge for a few days 🙂
And use it on chicken sandwiches, a dip for chicken tenders or grilled chicken, on chicken wraps, or as a salad dressing.
