Air Fryer Nashville Hot Chicken Bites
Air Fryer Nashville Hot Chicken Bites is and easy and spicy recipe that can be used in a few different ways.
Enjoy this as is (kind of like naked chicken tenders or nuggets), use in tacos or nachos, top a salad with them, or use in your meal prep creations.
My thoughts in creating this simple recipe was that Nashville chicken is normally served with pickles.
Soooooo… I am using pickle juice/ pickle brine in the marinade along with a store bought seasoning.

How to make Air Fryer Nashville Hot Chicken Bites
First cut 1 to 1 1/2 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken thighs into bite size pieces.
Yes, you can use chicken breasts… but the thighs are cheaper AND so much more flavorful.
Place them in a bowl or gallon size plastic bag along with some minced garlic and 2 tablespoons of the Nashville Hot chicken seasoning blend.
This seasoning can be easily found in the spice section of most larger grocery stores.

Also add in 2 tablespoons of pickle juice, some olive oil, kosher salt, and pepper.
Mix the chicken and marinate in the fridge for a few hours.

Then put the seasoned chicken bites in your air fryer basket in a single layer.
And set the air fryer to 400 degrees for 9 to 11 minutes (chicken breasts may take less time than the thighs).
No need to flip or anything 🙂

Air Fryer Nashville Hot Chicken Bites are a spicy and flavorful dish!

We used these to add to a Caesar salad kit for a complete meal.

You could of course just enjoy them as a spicy winner winner chicken dinner.
Or get creative with some tacos, nachos, or use them in any meal prep recipe.
