Maple Mustard Pigs in a Blanket
Maple Mustard Pigs in a Blanket is the dinner version of this popular appetizer.
Kind of like an elevated variation of a classic!
Use any cooked sausage that you like such as chicken apple sausage, spinach and gouda, or in my case I have this Teton Waters Ranch Polish sausage.

How to make Maple Mustard Pigs in a Blanket
Cut four sausages in half and cut 8 thin slices of apple.
Roll them up into 8 crescent rolls.

Place them on a lined baking sheet.
Then mix together 2 tablespoons each melted butter, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, and a little fresh or dried thyme.

And brush over the pigs in a blanket.
Finally bake in a 375-degree oven for 16 to 18 minutes.

Maple Mustard Pigs in a Blanket was a fun and super easy dinner!
I did not think these needed a dipping sauce.
But you could also mix together more Dijon mustard and maple syrup to dip if you’d like.
