Cinnamon Crunch Cheesecake Bagels
My granddaughter and I made these Cinnamon Crunch Cheesecake Bagels for my husband (her “Pops”) to bring to work for a quick breakfast, but they could also be a sweet dessert treat.
They were soooo good warm right of the oven, but he popped them in the microwave for a few seconds to reheat and enjoy.

How to make Cinnamon Crunch Cheesecake Bagels
Start by mixing the cheesecake mixture in one bowl.
Exact amounts are in the recipe card, but basically mix together cream cheese, cinnamon, sugar, and some flavored coffee creamer of choice (or milk).

Then make the crunch topping by combining melted butter, cinnamon, white and brown sugar, flour, and a pinch of salt.
Cut 3 cinnamon raisin bagels in half and place them cut side up on your baking sheet.
The cream cheese mix goes on first, then the crunch topping.

Bake in a 375 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
Enjoy your Cinnamon Crunch Cheesecake Bagels right away or store in the fridge and reheat later!
